How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from luxmendbeauty@gmail.com that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after shipment.
If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at luxmendbeauty@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products. Customers may return used or unused items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund.
